On August 23, 2022, Mr. Fu MA, President of China Trademark Association (CTA) visited Dakun IP Law Firm and discussed with Dakun partners relating to IP matters and IP firm management.
Yakai Shi, Founding Partner of Dakun IP and Lena Shen, Dakun IP’s Senior Partner extended their warm welcome and thanks to Mr. Ma and the other CTA colleagues. Lena Shen introduced about Dakun IP, its service features and development plan. Dakun IP contains two service entities, Dakun Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. and Beijing Dakun Law Firm, and it provides clients with full services such as IP consultation, IP strategy, right acquisition, enforcement, IP operation and management, etc. Dakun IP’s professional team, with more than ten years’ experience, has won trust from domestic and foreign clients.
During the meeting, the two parties exchanged ideas and discussed on the operation and management of intellectual property firms, the practice of intellectual property rights protection, and the measures against malicious squatting of trademarks.
Mr. Ma said that the most important purpose of this trip is to listen to the voices of CTA’s members. He would like to gain an in-depth understanding of the development status of members through visits, listen to the requests of members, give full play to the role of the association as a bridge, and unite the members to "voice" together. It is CTA’s mission to assist and drive members to solve their problems and continue to develop upwards. The Pandemic has brought an unprecedented impact on various industries and fields. In the face of temporary difficulties, members shall strengthen the confidence in development, improve skills, make good use of policies, and face the challenge. The Association will be more active in building a platform for members to share resources and conduct win-win cooperation, boost interaction and collaboration among members, and enable members to improve and expand with the help of the Association's platform.
