Ms. Xuemei Li has handled a large number of trademark cases for the clients, especially clients from Japan, and has provided comprehensive trademark services to hundreds of applicants, ranging from world renowned companies, such as Honda, Fujitsu, Meiji, Ryukakusan, Iseki and Kubota, to SMEs and individuals. She is especially good at dealing with malicious trademarks. Several cases she handled including oppositions against the trademarks "龙角散" and “井关” and the defense in cancellation of the trademark "洗心" were selected as "Top Ten Trademark Cases of the Year" in China by China Trademark Association and Beijing Trademark Association.
She has participated in drafting the manual on how to deal with malicious trademark registration in China organized by Japan Patent Office.
