Ms. Zhihui Zhao’s practices cover intellectual property laws and corporate legal affairs. She has extensive experience in trademark litigation, trademark prosecution and portfolio management. She has advised many famous companies for their trademark matters in and out of China, such as Geely Auto Group, “5i5j”, Jiangzhong Pharmaceutical, Beast Technology and LeEco. Ms. Zhao also conducts patent search and analysis and provides general consulting services in relation to patent matters for clients such as PetroChina, Shougang Group, Wuchang Shipbuilding and CSR. Additionally, Ms. Zhao provides general legal consulting services for companies, especially those in the cultural and entertainment industry. 

Before her private practice, Ms. Zhao was an examiner in the Trademark Office of the CNIPA.
