Ms. Le has handled a large number of patent applications in China and overseas. The clients she has served include domestic and multinational companies in a wide range of industries and of different sizes. When handling overseas patent matters, Ms. Le is particularly familiar with the practice before the USPTO. She has rich experience in dealing with complicated office actions of the USPTO and successfully obtained patents in US for her domestic clients.
Ms. Le began her patent practice in 2015. Before joining Dakun IP, she has worked as a patent attorney in Beijing Forestsong Patent Agency and China Sinda. She has also been trained for the US patent practice in a US IP firm. Prior to her career as a patent practitioner, Ms. Le Chen was a math teacher.
